Cpu usage high for Youtube videos

Recently Youtube videos use about 30% cpu in Firefox. It uses avc1 codecs.
The same video runs at 11% in Brave browser.
Windows 11 25H2
i3-9100F CPU @ 3.60GHz
RAM 16GB

I watch only in 720px.

I also have to use LiteTube to play YouTube videos on Android. Otherwise, my YouTube news feed lags and the video doesn't play, it just shows loading. I have to turn on Force H.264 CPU Saver from LiteTube. Then the video plays.
