Currently, it is not possible to open a new tab within an already created group.

It would be really helpful if vertical tabs allowed users to open new tabs directly within an existing group. This feature could improve workflow and organization, especially for users managing multiple related tasks at once. Hopefully, this functionality can be considered in future updates.

Thanks for the clarification! Adding the ability to open a new tab inside an already created group in vertical tabs would make navigation much smoother. It could save time and keep related content better organized, which is especially useful for productivity-focused users.
