On some websites, when trying to change my password, and the new password input field has the focus, the "suggest new password" feature is missing, despite the fact that my previous passwords are being suggested, along with the "Manage Passwords" feature.

In this case, right-clicking on the new password input field does not show the "suggest new password" feature either, but only "Use Saved Password", "Manage Passwords", "Reveal Password".
