When grading a student submission, I enter rubric criteria feedback and save it as a draft. The system confirms it has been saved. However, after refreshing the Grades tab and reopening the student’s submission, the criteria-level feedback is missing.</P><P class="">The overall grade and overall feedback remain saved, but the individual rubric criteria comments do not persist.</P><P class="">I have cleared my cache and cookies in Firefox, but the issue continues. The same workflow functions correctly in Chrome with no problems.
