Where can I file bugs with the Mozilla Connect website?

There is a CSS positioning bug on this website (see the screenshot below). Where can I file this bug?

And why isn’t this website open-source and its code published on GitHub or a similar place?

That information is in the “Product support” section. I think this refers to Mozilla’s products such as Firefox. I don’t think the Mozilla Connect website counts as a Mozilla product, especially since it seems to be a third-party platform developed by Khoros (see this site’s footer, bottom right).
