Firefox should offer to translate the page to the last selected language by default

I've noticed that whenever I request firefox to translate a page, it always asks me what is the language I want it to translate to. Why not just pick the last option or the browser's default? This sounds like a low hanging fruit with lots of positive impact to the user.
