i wanted to login into my "mozilla ideas" account a long time ago

didnt work

either i forgot my pasword or account was hacked, no idea.

anyway.

the password reminder function did not work, because it did not send me an email to my registered emailaddress. meanwhile, after around a year of several attempts to contact SOMEONE here on this website who would answer and care for this issue, NOTHING happened and the password reminder function was removed.

i still can not login into my own old account and have to use a new one, which i made extra for this.

i donw know if i am the only one with this problem

perhaps if there is somebody out there with a problem with the missing / mal functioning password reminder function... please comment here.

perhaps somebody of mozilla will notice and finally take care for this matter.
