First of all, I'm 81 years old, so be patient. Every year I buy the turbo tax disk (the basic/easy one, with no big wheelings and dealings), and insert it into my desktop computer which has windows 10 and my browser is Mozilla Firefox which I am told is up to date (143.0.4 64 bit). I get messages from I guess turbo tax telling me that I won't be able to do this anymore unless I have Windows 11! Is this true? I can't afford to get Windows 11. What do I do if this is true.

I am in the same boat - just 2 years younger - but this whole BS of Windows 11 as the MUST UPGRADE to is an amazingly huge rip-off by Microsoft to force billions of dollars to be spent on hardware to support their supposedly superior protection of the user. I can just see the number of hardware vendors counting their extra schekels across the WHOLE PLANET - and NO POLITICIAN OR PUBLIC BODY IS SCREAMING ABOUT IT!!! Amazing, and a deplorable hammer being thrown across the globe!!!!!!!!!
