    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a regular mobile browser user and have encountered a VERY annoying problem. As I am scrolling on a webpage, the toolbar constantly disrupts the webpage scrolling. It only occurs if there is enough “momentum” with the scrolling. It most commonly occurs when scrolling up after immediately scrolling down. I love the Mozilla project and all that Firefox stands for, I truly believe this is the nicest looking browser for iOS. Yet, this bug has destroyed my experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
