      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you leave Thunderbird running without performing any UI operations, the window occasionally automatically resizes to a default size. I don't know if this happens when new messages arrive or if it's something else. It's certainly very annoying and completely unnecessary.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open your TB profile:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- TB menu &amp;gt; Help &amp;gt; Troubleshooting Information&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-&amp;nbsp; click the Application Basics &amp;gt; Profile Folder 'Open Folder' button&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- close TB and delete the xulstore.json file in the profile folder&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- restart TB&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But I tried keeping other applications open, besides Thunderbird, which I usually keep open all the time, and I found that the other windows are also resized. So it's a problem with my operating system, not Thunderbird, and therefore this issue should be considered closed.&amp;nbsp;Sorry for the unfounded report.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
