Manually Organise Bookmark Folders in Toolbar

I don't seem to be able to do this anymore. Has something changed?

I used to be able to drag and drop either bookmarks within a folder, or drag and drop bookmark folders to rearrange the order so I could keep a folder that I'm currently using in an easy place to access.

Please help!

Does that also happen in Troubleshoot mode?

I see that means it's something in my extensions, themes or custom settings that is causing the problem.

Sorry to prevail on you a little more, but apart from switching them off one by one, do you know whether there is a way to identify which it is?

That's the best way. If you have a lot of add-ons, disable half of them. If the problem still exists, re-enable them, disable the other half, and narrow it down in a similar fashion.
