New Page opening with https://www.msn.com/?ocid=wispr&pc=u477 after logging in but could not stop.

Immediately after logging in network the page https://www.msn.com/?ocid=wispr&pc=u477 is opening automatically. I could not find to stop this. If any one can help me to stop opening this page which is not my homepage but automatically opening daily after logging into my network.

I am also facing the same issue. If any one can help to stop opening this msn page while startup Mozilla Browser please help.

That's Windows probing your network.
You can disable it through the registry:

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet and set EnableActiveProbing to 0.
