Hello,

I started creating a Manifest V3 extension. I noticed that the user ALWAYS has to grant host permissions in the extension settings, either once or permanently (green dot). To REALLY allow the extension on all websites, the user also has to delve deeper into the extension settings.

So, my opinion is: This permission notice shouldn't be displayed during installation because it's incorrect and discourages users from installing my extension.

Also i think (although that's just how it works with V3), that the green dot thing is to complicated for most casual users.
