Mozilla have failed to approve or disapprove(providing a reason) my idea listed at:

A few days back my next idea ended up in the moderation queue so I have been worried about the same fate of it (to be stuck and me wasting time to fill idea/s).

In the past, I have already wasted some time trying to find the way to contact Mozilla, but the ignorants who have made this website tried hard to hide clear private contact from users. This time I have repeat my attempt to find contact, but failed again while wasting time of some Mozilla employee (he attended 3 times to me, 3 replies) who suggested me at the end:

There isn’t a direct way to contact a developer one-on-one through Connect.
In short:

Support FAQ = General help and guidance.
Ideas = Suggest features, improvements, or feedback.
Discussions = Engage with the community and build momentum for your ideas.

... so here I am asking why Mozilla failed to approve or disapprove my idea for 8 months and failed to provide easy to find contacts for asking Mozilla in private.
