Global Privacy Control/Website Privacy Preferences needs an Exceptions option

Since the "Do not track" option has been replaced by Website Privacy Preferences (aka, Global Privacy Control), I'm running into issues with being blocked when trying to sign online petitions (I'm in CA). I can't proceed to some petition pages unless I turn off the Website Privacy Preferences, which I do not want to do; it is time consuming and if I forget to turn it back on, I get inundated with junk... It would be great to have the ability to add Exceptions to the WPP so that the websites that require data sharing that I actually want to share are excluded, and all the other websites that I don't want my data shared are blocked from doing so. Please consider adding an Exceptions option to Website Privacy Preferences. Thank you.
