I've been seeing the same behaviour lately. I can login using a Privacy Window, but not using Firefox regularly.

I just fix this problem by deleding facebook's cookies from cache, on mozilla firefox. I bilieve this way works on any browser on any device.
On my firefox on PC I follow:
1. Burger Menu -> Settings -> Privacy & Security -> scroll to Cookies & Site Data -> Click on "Manage Data". 2. On new pop-up window search the term "facebook".
3. Select all facebook.com's cookies the appears after search by clicking "Remove Selected"
4. Click "Save Changes" and confirm the removing.
5. Try to login again
