    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I print a page as PDF in google chrome, it resolves the table of contents (links that go to a part in the same page become links to a certain page in the PDF). In Firefox, links still refer to web pages, which need internet to view. Is there a way to resolve table of contents in the PDF printed by Firefox?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
