Hello, I did not found this topic so I write this. After latest update Firefox 140.0.2 the search bar got forced search icon and totally changed how searching in bookmarks works. It used to be: I write what I want to look up from bookmarks and then click on the star button to show me my querry. Now it is suggesting from the first letter. Why? There was no need to force this change, it makes it less user friendly. Worse for compartmentalizing (not sure this is correct spelling but hope you get the idea). And there is no way to change it back to the desired way. Now it is forced on users. Another new "feature" that was not needed, is annoying, goes against users choices and resources could have been spend better than this. Couple that with Firefox being less supported by websites than it used to and instead of focusing on user experience and simple browser yous are going back instead forward. Please fix it and bring back the simple, sane way of adress bar. Or at least let user decide! Thank you.
