click on "mail to" - links causes double-mails

Hi all,

since a few months I realize a strange behavior firefox+thunderbird

When I click ONCe on a button "mail to" on any webpage, thunderbird opens TWO empty mails with the adress I wanted to send the mail to.

for example here: https://www.kaiser-natron.de/impressum/

My mouse works proper!

Bug or feature?

Maybe TB is listed twice in Default Apps?

I don't think that is possible. Have you ever seen this in the field?

Regardless, this works correctly for me. @cmyk61 if this is still happening for you, does the problem go away if you have started Thunderbird with Help > Troubleshoot Mode?

Also, in the future it is best to post support questions at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/thunderbird where the bulk of people providing support can best help you. The discussion area of Connect is really designed for ad-hoc discussion, not so much for support.
