New Forefox sidebar should be optional

I don't expect to have to remove the sidebar every time I start Firefox. Some people may like it: I don't. On my small notebook screen it just takes up too much space. This is annoying. Make it optional. You are going down the path that Microsoft is taking, reinstaling and forcing stuff on users that they don't want to use.
