Yes, you can pin it to the bottom, left, right, but it pushes all the content on the site. I think it will be more convenient and easier to use a separate window when it is on top of all windows. You use it and hide it manually, but when you use it, it hides behind the main browser window, which is why you either go to the taskbar every time, or hide Firefox, VSCode, Explorer, XAMPP and the like.

I'm not sure if this is what you want: 4t Tray Minimizer Free/Pro (https://www.4t-niagara.com/tray.html/) for Windows. There is 'Stay on top' option.
