I'm experiencing issues while trying to operate my e-commerce website thefurniturevilla on the Firefox browser. Certain features are not functioning correctly or behaving inconsistently compared to other browsers like Chrome or Edge. I’ve checked for browser updates and tested on different devices, but the problem persists.

Can you please guide me on how to troubleshoot this or let me know if there are specific compatibility considerations for Firefox I should be aware of?

+1 to what @siffemcon mentioned. Filing a report on webcompat.com is the best way to get our attention. We regularly review these reports, attempt to reproduce the issues, and convert them into actionable bugs that relevant teams monitor

I’m facing a similar issue with my website as well. My e-commerce site, Ittefaq Electronics, doesn’t work properly on Firefox. Some interactive features and layouts behave differently compared to Chrome. I’ve already cleared the cache and tested with extensions disabled, but the issue still persists. It seems certain scripts or compatibility settings might be causing this across multiple websites.

If they work OK in Chrome or Edge, did you file a webcompat report?
