Can't create tab groups

After installing v138.0.1 on Win10, I was pretty interested in tab groups, because I have a dozen windows open that sort of replicates that. However, I can't actually form tab groups. I watched the little video on the announcement page, but that's not what happens. Rather, the tabs just re-order. I've tried sneaking up on them, pausing for a second or two as I move pixel-by-pixel, but no dice. I also didn't see anything obvious in the Settings menu. I restarted with no add-ons (via Troubleshooting mode) and still, nothing.

So, what obvious step am I missing?

Interesting, the `browser.tabs.groups.enabled` option in `about:config` was set to `false` (which is apparently the default, according to the setting itself). Once set to `true`, the new option works as expected. Thanks!

(Also, why doesn't this forum have an inline code options? I'm leaving my backticks, anyway.)

Win10/138.01 (and prior) about:config='d false/set true..Tab Grouping Worx

Thanx AV....pin Av's fix (2sEx fix, 10-15 minute searchin N reading).. has helped more than 1 /rename topic/free drinx 4AV...and Happy Grouping to all... 😁
