      <description>&lt;P&gt;"Something happened" -- the suspense is killing me, what happened?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the built-in updater can't complete the job, you can update using the full installer. This is mentioned in the "Having Problems?" note in the support article (with a link): &lt;A href="https://support.mozilla.org/kb/update-firefox-latest-release" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.mozilla.org/kb/update-firefox-latest-release&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What happened?&amp;nbsp; It took time, to do nothing, which surprised me.&amp;nbsp; I then did run the update from the link.&amp;nbsp; This whole thing was a statement of, as I said, surprise because the link at About didn't work.&amp;nbsp; Been with T-bird since the beginning, and have had success with most everything I've done regarding the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
