Vertical Tabs Expand on Hover Tab Previews Bugged

Hello, I'm currently on 137.02 Stable channel. I enabled expand on hover option from about:config but one thing that bothers me is that after expanding tab previews first render on its original position like vertical tabs didn't expand then moves to the place it should have been. Also if I disable the expand on hover option, problem is resolved. Are there any other people that facing with the same problem or is it just me?

Yep, this bug has become mildly annoyance to handle for people with a lot amount of tabs to scroll down to,

Basically if your current active tab is on the wayy down below, hovering it with "Expand on Hover" options on and de-hover it with resets the tabs position back at the very top.

The only solution is to disable "Expand on hover" setting and use the "Expand Sidebar" Button to toggle between modes
