The dropdown or text box for username and password not displaying on some systems.

Hi.

"I am the IT manager of a company, and I recently encountered an issue with Firefox version 137. On some systems, the dropdown or text box does not display, but it works fine in other browsers."

Note that the all of fire fox version is 137.0

Anybody can help me?

It is dependent on bank or post office or other internet banking developments.

Example:

Tamilnadu Merchantile bank used to display user name and password saved at firefox saved passwords

However if using post office internet banking it wont display user name at first page. After providing user namd at first page, it used to display saved password at next page.
