Latest Firefox Update Incompatible with Online Banking Site

The latest Firefox update has rendered incompatible with online banking at Mission Federal Savings of San Diego. It's possible to log on, but not to check transactions. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Can it be remedied?

Can you share URL of the page that doesn't work in Firefox and some steps to reproduce the problem we could follow and see it on our machines?

Hi Honza,

The url is https://missionfed.com but I don't think I can give you the steps to reproduce the problem without giving you my account number and password. The issue is that I can log into my account and view my bank balance, but I cannot then go on to view the individual transactions. Mission Fed has told me they are seeking vendors who can remedy this problem, but so far, no luck. What was done to render the Firefox system incompatible with the Mission Fed website?

Firefox 131 is now preventing me from using TD Bank billpay. I can log into my account and all is fine but trying to use the billpay option provides the following:

Tracking protection is off, all add-ons are disabled. Clearing cookies & cache doesn't help.

Desjardins insurance (desjardins.com) web portal directly tells me that my browser (Firefox on Linux) cannot be used to download my insurance documents, telling me to use Chrome, Edge or Safari instead.

Let's forget themes and other frippery and instead have fully up-to-date functionality, Firefox.

I have twice had problems sending an e-Transfer from Scotiabank. I blamed the bank's portal software, but now I wonder whether the problem is that Firefox is becoming outdated versus its competitors.

The first time, the e-transfer form reported an error "Sorry, we couldn't complete your request. Please try again later. (EMS006)." But seconds later I received an email notification that my transfer had indeed been sent.

The second time (today), the e-transfer form indicated success, but over an hour later I have seen no notification or record on my account page that a transfer was sent.

False error. False success. Equally bad. Next time, I'll try Chromium (I'm on Linux). The uncertainty is too stressful. I have already had to switch to Chromium to use my insurance provider's web services.
