    <description>&lt;P&gt;HP desktop computer running up-to-date Windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Within the last couple of weeks I've discovered that my Mozilla Thunderbird is unable to print to my HP printer, even though all the other programs/apps on my computer can print as normal.&amp;nbsp; Whenever I try to print an email from Thunderbird, using the Thunderbird "Print" menu option, I either get no response or an error message saying "The printer is in an error mode".&amp;nbsp; Either way nothing shows up in my print queue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We're experiencing the same issue with Win 11. Printer will only spit out a blank page. In order to print, we have to save the file to our desktop, then print the file as a separate operation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
