    <description>&lt;P&gt;When the sidebar is collapsed, the tab preview doesn't work, however, once it is expanded and collapsed, they do. Also, it's incredibly difficult to move the window using the area of the window (when in a smaller size) as other icons take up all the real estate, even when you add more and more flexible space.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wondering if anyone else these issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
