Some emojis do not appear in certain situations.

In rare cases, an emoji does not display on the first load of a page, but it appears after refreshing the page.

It seems that better testing of emoji rendering in the browser is needed.

Is there a correlation between this https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1559930 ?

I can't get native emojis to render at all (I can highlight them and macOS right click pop-up recognizes them) but a website that uses their own set (like Discord) does?

Also should I create a bugzilla report? Is anyone else facing this issue?
