This http site doesn't open in latest firefox even when https-only mode is disabled, the website opens on other browsers and ESR edition!

After I tried disabling everything with no luck I found a workaround.

I have an Add-On called "User-Agent Switch" which can change my browser and OS for the website I am visiting.
here is the weird thing: any user-agent can open this site normally except when I choose Windows or Mac !

here is example of user agents not opening:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:136.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/136.0 (Default)
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:132.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/135.0
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:135.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/135.0
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/17.0 Safari/605.1.15
