This version 135.0.1 is slower to open a page with a 150Mbits/sec than it was with a 56k modem back in 1998. Congratulations.

Pages back then were much simpler, and i remember that era, and it was painfully slow.

Not a fair comparison.

That being said, you can install a previous version of firefox, make some benchmarks with the same pc, in this era, then install the latest version and benchmark that and post the results. Then we'll have something tangible to go on.

I'm on Windows 11 experiencing the same slow down especially loading YouTube videos when I got a fiber-optic Internet connection?? (Version 135.0.1)
