Not sure if this is a FireFox, VPN or websites issue. Just letting everyone know best I can. Not sure if this is the right place.

I can be logged into an account on a website using Windows, FireFox and a VPN. I can physically remove the ethernet cable from the PC in airplane mode leaving the browser open with my account open.

Many hours later I can plug the ethernet cable back in and once the internet and VPN pick back up I'm still logged into my account with full access. I feel like this should auto log off after a few minutes. Seems weird my accounts can just be plugged back into, hopefully by just me.

Ultimately in these situations I should have logged out of my accounts but what if their is a power outage or some other connectivity issue?

I assume it's a websites and/or VPN issue but IDK.

Thanks in advance for any insight.
