Hi, I am enthousiastically trying to get a calendar working in Thunderbird mobile app or to sync from Thunderbird calendar to my Google Calendar (which I rather would not use at all, it being a product of Big G).
Since I can't get it done, I installed K9 mail on my Android phone, hoping to find a calendar feature there, but did not so, unfortunately.

Now I really do not want to abandon Thunderbird and migrate to Google or MS products, but I need my memory extension to work when I am on the move (aka I need a working calendar on my phone lest I forget half the things I am supposed to do).

Who has a good suggestion/solution for getting a working calendar on my phone that syncs with Thunderbird on desktop AND vice-versa??

(note: my desktop TB is getting the data from Google Calendar, but not the other way round and as said, I would rather not use Google Calendar at all)
