Regarding PDF viewer in mozilla I think there are two major ways it can be improved.

First of all saving PDF files: currently if I want to save a PDF file I have opened from disk, I have to click the save button chose the file from the File Explorer that has popped up. It would be much better if the filed saved to the original file when the save button was clicked. Introduce a 'save as' option for the current functionality

Second saving the progress of a PDF file: Currently I have to to bookmark the PDF file with prefixed with '#' and then '#page=${page_num}', like

$file_path#page=127
If i want to update progress i have to delete the bookmark and then bookmark the new page from a new tab.
I think it would be better if PDF files opened the last viewed page.
