    <description>&lt;P&gt;the issue seems only affecting me with the &lt;A target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;file://&lt;/A&gt; type view. when i view the same html pages on a web server over http:// i can click the links in frame 1 and they open in frame 2 correctly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The &amp;lt;frames&amp;gt; command used to work few days ago when I was creating the website, but suddenly today it doesn't work in firefox, but it works normally in chrome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;me too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A title="likn from about firfox window" href="https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/134.0/releasenotes/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Firefox 134.0 (64-bit)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i cannot click a link in the left frame to change the page on the right frame.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my page uses &lt;A target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;file://&lt;/A&gt; links in a folder where all the pages are in the same folder on linux.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is just reading book and chapter with table of contents in frame 1 and the pages in frame 2.
