Don't mess with the newtab UI unless you let users customize it the way they are used to.

Revert the miniaturization of my newtab favicon shortcuts.

Please.

PS. While I appreciate and am a big fan of the "recommended stories" feature, less is more.
I don't need my newtab screen jammed with content.
^^ see above^^ Let me decide how many columns of "recommended or sponsored" content I want.

Somewhat-

Although the option for the amount of columns in the "suggestions" feed is not addressed, correct?
If there is a generally straightforward way of reversion, then coding for settings configurability may be expected in the next beta?

Less is more. I don't use Edge for this very reason.

Update-

Setting
about:config
browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.newtabLayouts.variant-b
To false

Then toggling

Settings
Homepage and new windows
New tabs
To blank, then back to Firefox Home (default)

Seems to revert the annoying new layout back to the 133.0b9 style, with larger favorites icons and 3 columns of "Thought Provoking Stories"
