    <description>&lt;P&gt;How can I get the Synced Tabs menu on desktop Firefox to stop moving tabs to Inactive tabs? Not only does it move recently used tabs to inactive tabs, but it's not useful for me for any tabs. I have the &lt;EM&gt;Move old tabs to inactive&lt;/EM&gt; setting turned off on all my devices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
