would appreciate help.

I have loaded THUNDERBIRD on a new computer and all of the INBOX populated w/o any difficulty.

But the address book on NEW COMPUTER is empty. I would like to add my old Address Book to the new computer.

When I do EXPORT, it creates a ZIP file > 26Gig.

When I extract the ZIP file (on the old computer) I am unable to find a file that would allow me to specifically copy and import it to the new computer. Is there a way to Export (on the old computer) JUST the Address Book so I can easily Import it into the new computer.?

How do I find the Address Book file in the extracted ZIP file?
