    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey guys and girls,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i updated my thunderbird some weeks ago to current nebula version 128.5.2esr (64-Bit). Since this update my mail searching funktion did not works well. Many mails will not found, but if i log into the website of mail provider, i can find the mail easily.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use my Thunderbird with 5 Mail accounts and all accounts in IMAP mode. The settings are configured to "sync all folders".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This failure is to repair soon, because searching funktion is very importent for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone confirm this issue or tell me what I should do to find all the emails I'm looking for?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for helping !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daniel&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exactly the same issue. For the last 2 weeks the search function just has not worked. No matter what I type in I get either 0 results or 1 result. That is so even I search for emails with (say) "the" in them!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have repeatedly tried rebuilding the global database as has been suggested on other threads. It seems to hang at a different point every time - sometimes part way through indexing the inbox, sometimes the sent box, sometimes the local folders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I cannot search my emails I will have to reluctantly move to a different client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone got any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here: search works very poorly!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am using TB 140.3.1esr (32-Bit) on Windows 10.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have an email in my main inbox dating from November last year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sender: Hôtel aux Bougainvilliers Ambalavao&lt;BR /&gt;Topic: Commande Papier Antaimoro&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But when I type in the quick search: "Ambalavao", "Bougain" or "Antai" or "Antaimoro" it says "No Search results".&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;However, when I use the advanced search on top of the window, I find the mail....&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But I mean, COME ON?!!
