Let us move the Tool Bar on Mobile

I'm using firefox beta for android. An update changed the default position of the address bar and the tool bar, so I went to change it back, but it seems I can only change the address bar. Can youLet us move the Tool Bar in settings?

I woke up to this this morning, as well. It's very annoying. Still looking for a fix.

I figured out how to revert this. Go to Settings --> Data Collection and remove "Android Menu+Toolbar Nightly Rollout". Restart Firefox if doesn't automatically, et voila. You may need to access Secret Options to do this, (you will certainly need to do so if you want to reenable this): to do so, got to Settings --> About Firefox Beta and click on the Firefox logo 5 times. You will find the Toolbar Menu Rollout option under Nimbus Experiments.
