Firefox 133 Macos Youtube playback choppy

v133 needs a major fix urgently. Video playback on youtube and also scrolling on many websites is choppy. I'm on Sonoma 14.7.1

I have been having issues with playback on YouTube, and now web page text in Dark mode disappears. This issue is occurring on my Fedora Linux box at home and on my Windows machine at work. And the problem has spread beyond YouTube. Mozilla might want to look into their last update.
