The last few versions (2024) of Firefox are not working on Paramount+ video streaming. It always get stuck after running ads. You could blame it on the Paramount+ web site...it's probably a combination of the web site and Firefox.

However, other browsers, like Chrome and Edge, do not have this problem. So it is fixable from the browser's side.

Not sure why exactly, but having enhanced tracking protection on stops Paramount+ from playing video. Try turning it off for the site and it should work.

Easy, I called paramount plus's support and they informed me they no longer support Firefox browser, so because of that I discontinued my subscription with them.

Edge and Chrome are Chromium based browsers. I'm guessing they are likely siding with Chrome because Chrome is blocking most add-blockers.

I ran into my Firefox browser not streaming Paramount + videos. Turning off Enhanced Tracking Protection on for the Paramount + URL provided streaming video playback. Problem solved.
