Hello, I wonder if this has been discussed for Android specifically: is there a plan to add a high contrast theme? With border everywhere (around the menus, tabs, buttons, toggles, on top/bottom of the bar depending on its place, etc.) and saturated colors on a pure white background, so that they can be seen more easily?

Also, there could be an option to try and add more contrast on the pages, but maybe both settings could be distincs (one could activate the high contrast UI without trying and change the web pages).
