I have had a number of experiences where a web page loads properly with Chrome, but does not with Firefox (which is my default browser). An everyday example is the e-edition of the Houston Chronicle, which I read online every day, but there have been others as well. I'm obviously in no position to know how this happens, nor whether it's fixable, but if it is, I'd highly recommend that Firefox make the necessary corrections. It's a nuisance to have to launch Chrome just to get a functional web page.

Hi, thank you for reaching out!

This sounds like a web compatibility bug. Could you please file a report on webcompat.com? We’re very interested in fixing any compatibility issue, and being able to reproduce the problem on our machines is a big first step.

Thank you!
