Message title panel blank when move or remove a message

I have a Dell XPS 8930 running Windows 10 Home 22H2. Currently on Thunderbird Thunder Bird 128.3.2esr (32-bit).

Whenever I select a title in messages panel and hit delete or drag it to a folder, all the messages in the panel disappear. Reloading T'Bird brings them back, without the moved/removed item. This has been happening for quite a bit, several updates of T'Bird.

Since a few weeks I've the similar problem.

Thunderbird 128.3.1.esr (32bit) Windows

very often, when I delete one or more messages, the "message list pane" get's empty and it stays empty when I switch to other folders.

Only solution: restart thunderbird
