    <description>&lt;P&gt;most people who are stuck with firefox is because they're developers or advanced users. If there is no security update, just leave the browser as is with its design, the unnecessary padding around addons and the recent website popup hoverover on the tab are just a few examples. I'd suggest if a developer wants to play around with design, put them on the night builds or those other builds and don't bring those stupid designs in the actual browser. And that goes for any future potential design change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
