After thinking some more about the problem, I decided to exit Firefox and restart. Fixed the problem. I'm not sure why it was a problem; I've kept FF open much longer than this with no problems. Just glad it's solved. I actually used Chrome for awhile, which is probably why I was so intent on a fix. Now typing and scrolling are so jerky that I might have to change to Chrome(oh no!). I've tried Comodo Ice Dragon and it's fine. I'd rather not uninstall and reinstall.
