https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/discussions/cannot-add-new-bookmarks-or-bookmark-folders/m-p/74379#M28587 <P>When I installed Firefox it installed Bookmarks from Bing - they worked.<BR />Firefox has worked fine and allowed new bookmarks to be created.<BR />I then sync'd my desktop with my laptop when I added Firefox to the latter.<BR />For some reason I ended up with duplicate bookmarks on my desktop (dont know about the laptop) .<BR />I deleted the duplicates from my desktop.<BR />Now I cannot add new bookmarks; The star turns blue and the editing box shows where the new bookmark will be. But the bookmark has not been created nor any new bookmark folders. Not found in bookmark manager either.<BR />Having done some searching I deleted xulstore.json&nbsp; and rebooted.
