AA.com seat selection not working

When booking a ticket on American Airlines (aa.com) one of the steps is selecting a seat. My version (the latest) freezes when that page is supposed to open with just a spinning wheel. If I wait 10 minutes it is still spinning. This is a new error. I've never had this happen in Firefox until recently. If I use Chrome, I have no problem selecting a seat after a brief pause when that page opens. No screen grab available.

A similar error occurs when I try to download a bank statement from: https://secure.citbank.com/CITConsumer/#/DocumentCenter?acctCode=?????????????????. There is a windows that opens when a statement is selected. After it opens in a new (maybe a pop up window) there is a button to click on to download the statement. In Firefox the button doesn't work. Nothing happens. In Chrome all works as it is supposed to. See screen grab.
